Refund policy

RETURNS

Returns are accepted only under the following conditions:

The return must be received by FaithProsperity within 7 days of the confirmed delivery date.

The returned item must be unworn and in new condition.

All returns are subject to a 25% restocking fee per package.

We do not accept returns based on a "Change of Mind"

REFUNDS

After receiving the returned item, FaithProsperity will issue a refund for the value of the item, minus a 25% restocking fee. FaithProsperity will not refund any customer whose order is not received because the shipping address provided during the check-out procedure was inaccurate or incomplete unless that order is classified as undeliverable and returned to FaithProsperity. In a case of a missing package on international orders, we will offer a 70% refund, we will not be able to send out a second package. it is also your responsibility to contact the post office and file a claim for the missing package. 

EXCHANGE/RETURNS

To return/exchange an item, print out your invoice and mail that along with your item, print out your email invoice and mail that along with your item back to 3345 Rolling Hills Lane, Apopka, FL 32712, United States. 

You will then receive an E-Gift Card for the value of your exchanged item, minus a 25% restocking fee which you can use to purchase the new item you would like.

Once we receive customer returned merchandise, we will immediately take care of corrections that need to be made. We will review your invoice and the corrections you have given and will correct any errors made on our behalf.

SHIPPING:

Please allow 1 to 4 weeks for Shipping during any of our giveaway promotions.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
